Week 4: lots of moving, not enough food tracking

I'm doing pretty great with the exercising, portion control, water, and positive thinking.
As work has gotten busy again post-holidays, I've already slipped on the tracking. And I know that'll be the key to not overeating, so gotta focus more on tracking meals.
Today was like a little mini-triathlon: we took the boys out biking to a new spot (for us), and awesome 10km-long "linear park" alongside a canal near our house. I have no bike right now so I walked, then swapped bikes with Hub, then ran the whole return trip while they all biked. Not a long run, maybe 15 min, but I was excited just to be able to!
Followed that with a swim.
Haven't weighed myself this week after disappointment last week (I went up a pound). But Hub says he can see I'm toning up and I hope it's true. I still get shocked when I catch a glimpse of myself in reflection, looking so much bigger than I feel. And all the while wishing I wouldn't be so hard on myself. I looooOoooOoooong to be fitter, moving in the right direction.
