State Bowling Tourney followed by a visit from my brother

Never an easy weekend, but this year, I strained my rotator cuff almost 3 weeks ago, and this will be my first week back. I'm going to take it easy, because I don't want surgery, as much as the 6-8 week vacation from work would be OK. Very nervous about the bowling, and about my IBS. Eating healthy is never easy when traveling, but that is least of my problems with my diagnoses. I have packed a few things, but eating at restaurants is very difficult at best, then adding the added stress doesn't help. Well here goes nothing, to an overall successful weekend. In which when I get back get to visit my nephew and new sister-in-law from across the country for the first time, as my brother is visiting for a few days from Bellingham, Washington. Crappy picture but the best I could get after 20-30 tries.
