I am working everyday until next Friday before I have a day off. I am planning my menus thru Wednesday of next week. I am making egg salad to take for my lunch. I had one of the hard boiled eggs this morning with my toast and hot tea. I am maki ng chicken and dumpling soup this afternoon for tonight. I will have enough chicken to make a chicken pot pie for Sunday. I am cooking a pot of 15 bean soup for Friday. There will be some leftover for either Monday or Tuesday. Saturday I am planning a small steak with rosittio. We have been eating at home more since we moved. This kitchen is much larger and more convenient for preparing and cooking.
