It's going pretty well so far. I've walked three times and done some stretching, and worked toward getting more healthy. My calories have been on the high side, and I don't have a scale so I can't weigh myself just yet, but I'm trying not to get too caught up in weight loss at the moment. Right now I need more strength, stamina, and balance, all things I lost after being mostly bedridden for months. I don't know if it's my age or my thyroid problems or both, but I have a feeling my progress is going to go more slowly than I would like. Ah well, slow and steady wins the race.
