January 17 Goals

Hey there SPARK Friends!!! I started another Daisy challenge this past Saturday to lose 5% of my weight. That's going to be 14.25#. I've been pretty STUCK over the past 6 months or so. I lost that 50 pounds & my body said...OK I'm done. So instead of hitting the exercise harder or really focusing on the nutrition...I glided. I went on auto-pilot. I've lost the same 5 or 6 pounds several times over the past 6 months.

So now it's time. I found a new Zumba class to add to my routine. The instructor kicks BOOTY!!! I needed a 2nd bottle of water & some new legs when I was done!!! I'm also moving a lot more with the 2nd job. My 2 biggest challenges will be cleaning up the eating to include more fruits & vegies (pretty much standard for EVERYONE, right???) and getting more exercise in on days when I'm not ZUMBA-ing or at the 2nd job.

My other focus is my schedule. I am not nor have I ever been a morning person, but we all know that getting up & going to bed around the same time every day is what they recommend. So yes...that's a goal as well!!! HARDER to achieve, but do-able. And yes, if I get up in the morning...I can also WALK in the morning killing 2 birds with one stone. Go me!

GOAL: Lose 14.25 pounds

1. Increase daily steps
2. Get more/better sleep
3. Eat more fruits/vegies
4. Ensure I am drinking enough water
5. LIVE & LOVE my life
