3 Years Later...

My last blog entry was three years ago!!! Wow!!! Currently, I am about a month past the worst period of work stress I have ever had. I seriously let it set me back. For the first time in a decade, I quit running for about 3 months, I totally fell off healthy eating, and I just SAT every evening after work.
At this point, I have created the following goals for myself:
1. Train for the 2018 WDW Marathon.
2. Research workouts that will support my health for running - yoga, strength, etc.
3. Begin cross training 3 days per week.
4. Log my meals daily for the next 21 days.
I need to lose about 10 pounds to improve my ease of running... So, I am hoping to do that by about mid-April. 😊 Here's to a better year!
