Cornbread and Buttermilk for breakfast

Last night I made low fat cornbread to go with low fat chili, and today I got to have it for breakfast. It's one of my favorites, what I think of as a true Oklahoma breakfast. Sometimes I use hot sauce, but today I just poured on the pepper. It was delicious!
Later this morning I'll have some eggs and an orange, because eating several small meals during the day, and doing most of my eating before five, works best for me, especially in the beginning. If I get used to eating small meals, it has the added advantage that if for any reason I have to eat one, bigger lunch or dinner, I feel more full because I haven't been eating big meals.
