What did I do today to avoid unplanned eating:
Planned my food the day before

Reflections:
Giving myself credit for following the Beck Diet Solution for 65 days. Many positive changes to be thankful for, including weight loss and better approaches to eating.

    You are so rocking this !!

    Credits - for weight loss and the so valuable better approaches to eating - changing habits and breaking free of distorted thinking, especially the better way to handling hunger and discerning the differences and not eating for comfort. And your inspiration to me to not nibble while preparing the meal and enjoying the more delicious taste of the meal while eating slowly, mindfully, with the whole family.

    On my list of giving myself credits
    - I have hit a low for my weight for the last 5 years - 126.5 this morning - goal weight is 122 - the last time I was 122 was in 2011 - I hope to reach and maintain for years like so many Becksters
    - I have hit 2 weeks of sticking to my exercise plan and this week is also on track so far
    - Last week I had a strong workout at the first Cross-Fit class back at the gym - I didn't get soft over the holidays, yay.
    - seems like only short duration trends, but I did just get back on track, give myself credit for putting in some extra thought to my actions and getting back on track

    I read something about weighing every day, but only looking at the lowest weight of the month. Losing weight means some plus and minus stuff, but the trend will be downward. It makes me laugh a bit to think I am so fragile as to be affected by daily weight differences, but if I find a way to stay encouraged, quoting to myself only the lowest weight of the month, I want to stay encouraged. Especially now that I am so close and the last few pounds are only a few so the variances day-to-day sometimes feel like I am going nowhere. No more feeling fragile, stick to the plan, get to the goal - I am giving myself to the end of March to get there.
