Winter 5% Challenge - Weigh In Pic & Goals

Didn't get as far weight wise in 2016 as I hoped but I have a good feeling about 2017.
1 - Track everything I eat (the good the bad & the ugly)
2 - Walk or gym at least half hour a day at least 5 days a week
3 - Drink at least 8 cups of water (not including what's in food)
4 - Get at least 6.5 hours of sleep a day
