Hello all, Taking things one day at a time started my weight loss journey at 292 back in October 2016 went down to 270 then back up to 278 and then down to 275. I went through a few days of being sad about it and mad at myself then decided that's how this venture works my weight is going to go up and down as I build muscle from all the working out as well as burn fat and calories so I stopped beating myself up. My little girl loves to exercise with me which she calls dancing and she doesn't let me miss a day which keeps me motivated to work towards my goals.
