Yesterday I wrote up a challenge that should.. well challenge me. It starts out with 20 second plank, 3 exercises for cardio starting at 15 reps, and then 22 toning exercises starting at 15 reps. The goal is to get it up to 2 min plank, cardio 4:100, and toning 5:20. I know it seems like A LOT but its just a goal. Im not going to force my body to do what its not ready to do. But then again I might surprise myself.

During these 30 days I do have 6 rest days, so its like 3 days, rest, 4 days, rest, 3 days... and so on. I also plan to rest about 30 seconds to a minute between each set. Somewhere in there I would like to do some yoga.

Cant wait for Monday!
