I find I can make up a ton of excuses when it comes to my exercise.
I am great when it comes to the walking I have two small dogs and also walk for one hour each morning. I read something inspirational and then meditate on it for the walk. I love nature so walk outside and watch for all the messages I get from ( GOD hp or nature) also I have several dance tapes I use when it is too hot ( live in Florida so afternoons can be a bear.l
the hard part comes from getting in the strength exercises usually I am too tired or I just put it off . it is too hard-- I don't like it--not fun--I don't need muscles at my age--are all the excuses I use to not do it. I need to find some things that are fun that will help me get past all the excuses. of course I need to copy nike just do it. lol
