I pinned a lot of different challenges on pinterest. Yesterday I looked them over and set them up in groups to do every 30 days, 3 to 4 challenges to a group. I looked at them again today and decided to make my own challenges. Still do 3 to 4 each 30 days but have them be where there isnt a lot of the same exercises being repeated.
I think I might just make these my at home exercises. After Ive done them all I want to see which exercises I like and then create my final at home exercises.
My first challenge will be simple. 3 or 4 cardio and some full body toning ( 2 exercises for each body area).
This weekend is going to be full of housework. Monday I plan to start the first challenge. I have to! I babysit Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays but the girls sleep till 10 or 12 so I can exercise while they are asleep. EASY
