Had my #4 work out at curves this morning! Curves offers 5 workouts with a trainer before you start working out on your own. I have to say that at the beginning, I thought great! But after working a 12 hour night shift and then going to meet with the trainer, I am over it! I just want to get there on my schedule and workout! This morning I was supposed to be there at 7am but due to work commitments did not get there until closer to 0730, the other trainer made a comment that I cannot work out when I want and HAVE to be there for the trainer. Then the trainer that I have just stands in front of me when I am working out telling me what muscle groups I am working! I told her this morning that is not helpful and I don't need her to keep telling me what muscle groups I am working. She kept doing it anyhow! Tomorrow is my last one and then I can be on my own! ?? I think that they should look at each person individually, she keeps asking what my goal is for my next work out and I keep telling her just to be able to do the workout myself with guidance only if my form is off but that isn't what happens! Is it just me being sleep deprived right now as I head into another night shift? Is it wrong to just want to quietly do my workout and go to bed? Rant over! I do enjoy my work outs though and seeing the ladies at the gym.
