Day #3 of 100 Day Fitness Challenge

Day 2 was a challenge, because I didn't have much sleep and had a couple of appointments. However, I did get 30 minutes of Turbo Fire.

Day3 I started my morning off with 35 minutes on the TreadClimber.

Here are my beginning measurements. Starting weight 264.4 lbs. Weekly weigh ins, monthly measurements.

Neck - 14
Chest - 49
L arm - 17
R arm - 17
waist - 44.5
hips - 58
L thigh - 32
R thigh - 33
L calf - 20
R calf - 19.5
