-I consumed 10,500 calories this week, which averages 1500 calories per day. I met my caloric goals 5/7 days this week.

-I earned 360 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 2,480 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 1145 net calories a day. The ratio is a bit higher than usual, but I'm trying to re-introduce healthy habits gradually. I was not tracking my food or exercising at all for most of 2016.

-I have lost 5 pounds since Christmas! At my heaviest I weighed 172 - which is hard for me to admit - but now I'm averaging 167.
