100 Day Fitness Challenge

Once again I'm beginning a challenge, however this time I'm solo. A few months ago I put together a Family Biggest Loser Challenge and won. Well I came across an ad while sparking a couple of days ago. I would love to participate in that challenge, but you have to be a member of that gym, pay for 14 personal training sessions and buy their supplements while on the challenge. Well, I'm not willing to get another gym membership and have all of those extra added expenses. So, this is what prompt me to do this challenge.
Today was day
and I started my morning by using my TreadClimber for 45 minutes. I had the resistance set on 5, speed 1.1. I haven't used it in awhile, so I have to start off slow and build my momentum on the machine. I will take some equipment out of retirement and put it back into good use. I will post my beginning measurements this week and once every 30 days until the challenge is complete. Ninety-nine more days to go.
