Day 6

*sighs* It's a roller coaster losing weight. Started shark week and up a pound or 2 most likely, but haven't weighed in a couple days. It's depressing at a time of the month when I'm usually more depressed than normal, but I keep reminding myself that whatever number of pounds I'm up right now it's almost assuredly just weight from the monthly. I've been sticking with my plan super well, not even craving carbs accept for what's in veggies. Good signs and I just need to remember them. I have been true to the plan for going on 4 days now...no sweets and haven't gone over my allowance on total or net carbs which is huge because this way of eating is normally a challenge for me, but lately I've been in the perfect frame of mind. My mood has been better than normal this time of month...only a little witchy and only griping at my husband. So all is pretty well in keto land overall.

    Excellent! I started keto on the 31st. The hardest part for me is mineral balance. I'm drinking a LOT of salt water.
