1. I am pre-diabetic so I want to lower my risk for getting full blown diabetes.
2. I want to reduce pressure on my joints to minimize osteoarthritis flair-ups.
3. So that I won't be a burden to others because of failing health due to weight issues.
4. To be able to run upstairs without being winded.
5. So I can enjoy longer walks, even take up a new exercise workout.
6. To enjoy playing, exercising, hiking, biking, etc. with my hubby, kids & grandkids.
7. To have a much smaller waistline.
8. To be able to fit into my "smaller" clothes I've set aside.
9. To have more energy and strength.
10. To live a healthier, stronger, more energetic life as I grow older.
