Turning Loose

Saturday, January 07, 2017

January 2017 - Turning loose of past sorrows and self-defeating practices. Looking upward and forging ahead to a new and better life. Creating new.

2014, 2015, and 2016 were difficult years. I struggled and coped, but I didn't really live. I feel that now I am ready to move on with my life. I hope to make 2017 a year of discovery. After living most of my life with the love of my life and truly considering his likes and dislikes, I now need to discover what will make me happy in the remaining years. I have all sorts of opportunities for change, or perhaps not. I just need to discover what I want to change, and how to go about it.

I had some difficult years myself 2015-2016 BUT I am getting better everyday. I understand what you are saying. The best way to work on yourself is to make a list of things you want to change and create very small , easy to achieve goals. You will do it you just need to make a plan. It will be interesting to see how you are going to make the changes. I hope you will keep blogging.
