Something New: Bodypump

Last year my number one cardiovascular exercise was Zumba. I neither gained or lost weight but I had lots of fun during my Zumba group classes and can truly say that my endurance as increased significantly. It's time to step up my game! It's time for something new! I'm trying Bodypump as my new exercise regime in addition to Zumba. I need more muscle development in my life. Cheers to something new!
