Finally Felt Good Working Out Again

Tuesday night I went to bed and did not sleep. I spent the night tossing and turning, so I didn't get a workout in that day. I'm human and when I'm running on 3 hours sleep and dealing with tiny humans...I'm done at the end of the day.....Which means Weds. was a wash for a workout.
Thursday was good, but today...well today felt good! I felt like I moved well. I felt like I pushed myself. I felt....fit again. I know it's the diet...it's always the diet.
Anyways, tonight is my cheat night and I'm cheating with beer and sleep. It's been a long week and we have a pretty wicked snow storm (for our area) moving in, so I'm going to have a beer and sleep in tomorrow, since I'm not going to try to drive to the gym tomorrow.
Oh...and unofficially...I seem to be down about four pounds, but I'm not officially weighing in till the end of the month.
