Hey Spark Gang,
There is so much to do on Spark. I can get lost in all the 'shiny objects' here.
Today under ARTICLES I found TIPS FOR TODAY.
My top 5:
1 - Set an alarm in your phone to exercise.
2 - Track your food, water, and exercise on Spark or the fantastic Spark App. You earn points. I LOVE earning points. I can even spin for points on my app.
3- Keep a list of your fav low fat or sugar free snacks as a go to. Then you won't have to smack yourself on the head and say, "I could have eaten something healthy."
4 - Bored or feeling lonely on this journey. Join a Challenge. I belong to the BIGGEST LOSER PURPLE PASSIONS team. We are almost midway through Winter. Come join us for Spring when enrollment opens up.
5 - Lay out your workout clothes the night before. Buy something new and jazzy for working out. Need a new pair of running shoes? Set it as a REWARD.
