Off to a decent start

OK so I'm still not good at writing every day. I do write it in my head but neglect to put it to paper (so to say).

I'm adding a new habit or deleting an old one every day this month.
Here's what I have so far:

1st: Drink more water
2nd: no soda
3rd: no salty snacks
4th: Protein at each meal

and today's is
5th: make 2 more trips up & down the stairs

We have these bright green dry erase memo board stickers that I hung up in our den. I began with a countdown to my next doctor appointment (aka weigh-in) so that I had a constant positive reminder. I ate very poorly during the holidays so now it's time to get back on track.
