My new year resolution is to blog and journal.
Spark coach talked about what 3 bucket list items would you do if anything was possible.
1. Walk the Grand Canyon rim to rim.
2. Castle to Chateau -- Disney 1/2 marathon one in the US and one in Paris
3. Run a marathon
I know all of these things are possible but I have to work at it. Right now I am walking about 3 to 3 1/2 miles per hour. I have also done some 5 Ks and plan to do more this year.
I have already signed up for a 5K on January 14th this will be a stretch as I don't like cold weather. My son is doing the 20K on the same day.
I am also going to be taking a picture of myself once a week to document my progress.
This is a dress I purchased for my son's wedding 3 years ago. I wore it for the rehearsal dinner. While I have not put on much weight since then, I did not exercise as much as and lost muscle tone. Taking a picture each week will give me the motivation to continue to work out.
