250 By Turkey Day - Day 1 of the "Jumpstart Your Workout Challenge"

Ok, so it took me 5 days to actually get to day one, but I'm in it now. Yay! It was a great day for a walk at lunchtime, so that made my cardio. The strength training was a little challenging, but I only had 5 pound dumbbells. Well, I also have 20 pounders, but I'm not really quite up to them yet. Something to look forward to.
I met my step goal of 8,000 steps by getting 8,155. There'll be a few more, but I'm on my way to bed, so not too many more. Only 5 hours of sleep last night again. I need to keep working on bedtime. I skipped the scale this morning, but official weigh-ins are Mondays, so no harm there. Work was challenging without being overly frustrating, and I had a good evening with my DW. So, all in all, it was a good day.
