New year...similar goals. A new determination after seeing the scale at the highest its ever been. I've taken the measurements and my photos making SURE they go down.

Emotional eating and binge eating are still my biggest struggles. I have nothing tempting in the house, and I just need to learn to NOT STOP and get something on the way home from work. Food is NOT comfort and while I feel better in the moment, it doesn't help the next day or even the next hour. Blogging, and drinking tea, sparkling water need to be my line of defense.

As much as I hate to see these photos, I have always been honest and upfront in my blogs on this site. I've never hidden anything, in hopes it motivates me more, as well as others that also struggle. we go..EEEEEK

January 1 2017

Weight: 201

Waist: 44" (measured at belly button)
Hips: 46"
L thigh: 27.5"
L Arm: 14"

Seeing those pictures were such an eye opener. Do before photos..they are HARD, and not fun to look at, but they will motivate you..and in a few months, its great to compare where you were to where you are.

Stay under 100g carbs per day
Gallon of water each day (easy for me)
Stay at 1200-1500 calories (around 1200 if not exercising)
Workout Mon-Fri (unless sick)
Reach out to friends when I want to eat something that will send me off track

I have a pal that I text when I am about to go off plan. I have a few of them but one in particular keeps me focused. I need to make sure I lean on her more, and not the ones that are off their own plans and want to put me into their negativity with them..misery always loves company. I need to love MYSELF MORE.

Watch me work.
