Week One

Week one of the New Year is going pretty good.

Went to the store and bought healthy foods for family. I like cooking fresh veggies and grilling. I also like to make my own spaghetti sauce and meatballs because I know what I am putting in them. Low sodium for sure! I am very lucky that my family likes most veggies, I can try new things and they like them. One thing I have cooked and found I like is Salmon. Never liked it before, but found a wonderful seasoning for fish at Soulard in St. Louis and it does wonders.

Getting ready for winter weather tomorrow, so it looks like soup or chilli the healthy way.

Also got my exercise in today and will add strength later.
