I think it's safe to say blogs haven't been my most consistent achievement over the past few years, but I'd really like to change that this year. Even if it's just me checking in with the previous day's stats, I'd really like to try to post 5 times a week. We'll see how this goes.
The best place to start, I guess, would be my goals for the year.
-running C25K or Asics Run 5x per week
-walking 5x per week
-ST 3x per week
-yoga 2x per week
-meal planning 1x per week
-logging meals 7x per week
-drinking 8+ cups water each day
-checking in here at least 5x per week
-money minute 5x per week (checking finances/balances)
-personal writing 5x per week (using journal prompts in a private blog)
-spending time with hubby without the tv 3x per week
-reading personal development/finance blogs 7x per week
-sewing at least 1x per week (on a weekend day most likely)
-spinning at least 1x per week (Wednesdays)
-crocheting at least 1x per week (Mondays)
-knitting at least 1x per week (all other days)
While it seems like a lot, a few of these items are things I already do regularly, I would just like to be more focused when I do them. I have set up a tracking template via Google Sheets to help me keep track!
I'll check in tomorrow with news on how it's going so far!
