Back in the groove

So, the weekend was kind of a bust. I spent all day New Year's Eve in my car. Never saw midnight. I was so tired by 10, I just called it a night. I battled off a head cold the rest of the weekend, and just didn't have what it took to move. Even so, I dropped most of the holiday bloat by this morning. It was kind of nice to get back to work. The weather was depressing, cold and wet, but I had some cause to get out of my cubicle, so that was good.

The fitness bands...that worked out OK. I really don't want an audience, and I got a heads up that a co-worker was headed up to the room I was using, so I cut it short. It was really just as well, The routine I chose required that you put your foot through the handle on the strap, and mine don't have any. I found a nice reasonably priced set with handles to take in and, with a little better planning, I should be able to finish the routine uninterrupted. Tomorrow will be better.
