Hey there Sparkers! Glad to be in a new year!
I would say the better half of 2016, I wasn't as active and accountable as I should have been. I checked in from time to time, but I haven't tracked in months. I know.....bad...bad. I can tell a huge difference in myself because of it. I was less motivated, I gained weight, snubbed my nose at exercise, ate whatever.....
Right after Christmas, I decided that I need to dust off my old fitness routine which is tried and true and do a better job of Sparking. I enjoy seeing others succeed and reading the motivational quotes that others post. It makes me feel good and more positive. So my goal for this month (yes, one month at a time here) is to reset.
I will do my breathing technique every day, get in 30 minutes of walking 3 times a week, track my food and fitness, and check into Spark. I want a perfect attendance this month!
I hope everyone reaches their goals this month. I will be cheering you guys on!
