This year I am determined to make progress and start moving forward. Not just in my weight loss, but in every aspect of my life. This is what I have done so far and some of my goals to help start off the new year on the right foot with my fitness:
I am aiming for 365 days of workouts! I won't beat myself up for sick days, but I am not going to allow myself to make excuses. I did yoga on the first and am going to finish this entry and go hit up some Walk Away the Pounds.
I am giving up soda and fast food for as long as it takes to break the addiction. I will eventually be able to have some once in a while, but right now those are some of my triggers. I was fighting the cravings today, but I WON!
The biggest thing is that I am trying to get organized and stay organized. For Christmas my mom bought me a Happy Planner and a Mini Happy Planner so I can get my life organized and stay on track.
I am using the big planner at home and taking the mini planner on the go.
The big planner has a month page on it and weekly pages. I am using the month page to schedule/track workouts, water, weigh ins, measurements, etc.
The week spread I am using for all my tracking, including cleaning, appointments, trash day, etc. This is a work in progress, but this is what I have so far.
I have also made a weight loss road map to go in the big planner:
The mini planner is for tracking my gym visits and workouts, calories burned, and also my menu for the week.
This is all a work in progress, but then so am I. I will just make changes and adjust as I figure out what works for me. I am tired of not making strides in the right direction. This year I make the changes and break the bad habit of letting myself down.
