Never Miss a Monday!

Monday, January 02, 2017

It sure has been nice having the last two Mondays off from work. Has made getting in my workouts easy and put that spark into the start of every week. I can understand why they say "Never miss a Monday" as you get this one in and it sets you up on the right track for the week.

I have sat down today and put down my goals for the year. While I knew from my birthday in December that I wanted the next year to be my healthiest I did not actually write down my goals until today.

2017 Goals -
1) Workout Daily (rest days will be yoga, for active recovery)
2) Drink Shakeology Daily / Eat Clean
3) Get back to my size 10 jeans!
4) Win the weekly and monthly Beachbody Challenge!
5) Earn at least 6 free items from Beachbody for completing new programs!
6) Read personal development daily
7) Run my Vineyard race in April
8) Help at least 5 to 10 new people every month with their weight loss journey
9) Keep up with my Challenge groups on FB and set up more in the Beachbody Tracker App
10) Be satisfied with who I AM, remember daily that I AM FANTASTIC!!

Have a lot on my plate for the year, but by making this the Healthiest Year of my life it shouldn't be easy. I will need to work on this, I will need to focus on this daily and the desire and want will need to be there. I will be fighting my demons this year and learning to let go of things so that I can heal and become the person others see in me. Every one of my goals will help me to accomplish that and so much more. I'm excited to see the ME that will be here at the end of the year!
