1/2/17 The Click - Changes Coming

Every time in my life when I have made some decision to change, it has happened when a little switch has clicked in my brain. There have been times when the changes have been modest, but some were more dramatic. These clicks were times when I could see clearly what direction my life should take. The end of 2016 has been one of those times and I am in the midst of making some changes. My life has changed immensely over the last three years and now I am ready to bloom. I am in a position to direct my food, exercise, clothing and most other choices. This will be a process where not every change will be drastic, but the end result will be stunning. To that end, here is a list of a few things that losing the added pounds will help me accomplish.

1. To look better
2. To feel comfortable in my skin
3. Not to be a burden on family or friends
4. To be able to live in my own home alone as long as possible
5. To pick out something from my closet and have it fit
6. Not to have several sizes of clothes
7. To have more energy
8. To find beauty in my world every day
9. To enjoy each day
10. To create happiness for myself and my friends
