I want to be strong.
I'm still struggling with work/life/gym balance. So I'm going to switch this around. It's going to be gym/life/work balance. I'm still finding my after work/evening time is being consumed by my job. This is restricting my gym time which is impacting my conditioning and my strength. Soooooo......
I have moved myself into a locker at my gym. I have an extra blow dryer, all hair care products, and an extra set of hygiene for everything in my locker. I've tested it out a couple of times, but it looks like 5 A.M. is going to be my gym time.
Let me state this....I HATE GETTING UP AT 4 A.M. to get to the gym at 5 A.M. Then getting showered and ready for work at my gym.
This means I leave the house at 4:45ish and don't come home until around 5 P.M. or later. Sigh....I have some gym goals and I will do this. Also, I get more family time this way and I have a better chance of ensuring I am getting high quality Paleo meals since I have taken over the cooking again.
2017 is going to be my strength year!!!
