This year is the year to get things done!

Each month me and my aunt sit down and write up a list of things that HAS to get done. So much has happened over the past couple of years that all the house projects get pushed aside. This months list is already a long one.

I feel so overwhelmed today thinking about being healthy / getting into shape. I've had time to psyche myself up to where I can just jump right in BUT I feel like time just flew by and I dont feel ready. This month I plan to set up 2 fitness goals each week. One of the goals is to make it to the gym at least once each week. The other goal this week is to do yoga at least 2 times.

Week 2 : gym and 2-10 min work outs
Week 3: gym and 3 days of a better booty workout
Week 4 : gym and 3-10 min target zones (Mon - upper // Wed - core // Fri - lower)
Week 5: gym 2x and ..... not sure yet

Mid Feb I would like to have a plan set up. I have one now that Im still kinda working on. If, by Feb 5th, its still the same Im just going to use what I have.

Im going to kick butt this week!
