Only have one New Year's resolution: Put a 3 minute Strength Training 2x a week on my calendar and then do it. If it goes longer that is great, and if it doesn't then I got in at least 3 minutes. Every time I have determined to do 15 minutes it has been overwhelming and never got done.
Your resolution of doing the strength training 3 instead of 15 minutes is a good one. That way, you'll probably ease into the 15 minutes! Way to go! I love all the quotes for the new year too, thanks for sharing. 869 days ago
