As part of my plan for 2017, I want to get back to journaling. I have this book called Better Each Day And it has a life lesson for each day of the week. My plan is to read this each day and journal about it. I may not always journal or blog here....but my plan is to actually use one of my many blank journals I have. I collect journals. But then don't wamt to use them because they're too pretty. Well...I want to start using them. I have a lot of things to work through, feelings, thoughts, goals, frustrations, dreams, etc. I need to put them to paper or I'll never achieve them all , never be able to put it to rest.

Today's topic is "Be the master of your own happiness". 40% of our satisfaction is dependent on intentional activity. The plan is to make a list of all.the things that make us feel good so we can refer to it when things are tough.

My husband is good at helping to pull me out of a funk
My pets...all 7 of them...they always make me feel good
