Today I re-start my healthier lifestyle change. I have fallen back to my old routine and gained almost all the weight I had lost when I started Sparkpeople. Still have my same goals of losing 60 to 70 pounds, exercising more often, staying active daily, eating healthier choices, no mindless snacking and eating, and drinking more water each day (I have a very difficult time consuming enough fluid throughout each day - I'm just never thirsty enough to remember and I have to force the fluids down - I feel like I'm over stuffing myself with only 1 cup at a time). I plan on reaching my goal of 135 pounds by the end of August this year (an average of a 2 pound weight loss each week - sounds very doable).
