Let's try this again...

A year ago I started with Spark..I lost 10 lbs and then got lazy and went on and off with my proper diet and exercise. I did manage to keep 5 of those 10 lbs off so I'll still take it as a win. Starting this year out at 147. I would like to get down to somewhere between 120 and 125. I joined a gym this time around. Tomorrow is my first day. My best friend joined too and we are going to try and go together 3 or 4 times a week depending on work schedules. We are both very determined and we are going to do this together so we can lean on each other for support. My husband joined a gym too so everyone is getting in on this with me this time around!
