A New Challenge

I have jointed the Winter 5% Challenge - I think the idea is to lose 5% of my current weight - -
Well, that would be about 10 pounds - to me, right now, that seems like a lot!! But, I am game and will do my best.
My exercise plan is 10 minutes a day exercise, a walk each day (not sure how far, but will at least get outside!!), and 3 times to the club. Have not been going recently - mostly because of the snow.
Also am to post diet plans for this challenge - mostly i monitor sodium intake because of BP issues.
I really do not eat enough according to the nutrition tracker here on SparkPeople.
But, I have started eating breakfast - usually toast, fruit and yogurt.
Do have a number of recipes that i use regularly - and try to find a new recipe each week to try.
