Goals for 2017!

I've decided to set some overall goals for the year. Because what's a new year without some goals to work for? I have a colonoscopy on the 3rd. I am guessing I don't have Crohns or Colitis but instead IBS. I know that I have some bacterial issues. I will have to keep naturally working at it and avoiding sugar, wheat, fried foods and lactose as much as possible.
I used an app during the holidays that helped me earn a FREE air fryer! Now I can cook some healthier tasty options. I also finally figured out how to grill meat on the George Foreman without burning it. LOL. Between the two I can have a warm meal in under ten minutes.
My first goal is to establish a healthier eating routine that includes one indulgence day per week, which will likely be on Saturday each week.
My second goal is to lose 8-10 pounds per month until I've lost 70 lbs, then I expect my weight loss might slow down so I'll re-evaluate after that.
I've overwhelmed myself with what exercise program would be the perfect one, when I've just settled on one discipline for now and will devote myself through the entire program which will likely take me the entire year. I will be on a routine of Kettlebells two days per week, walking 4-5 days per week and bodyweight/yoga training 1-2 days per week. All from home.
My next goal is to pay off our car and truck within 4-5 months, but likely sooner
My next goal is to pay off at least three additional small credit cards by Summer
My next goal is to pay off my medical bills by the end of the year.
My next goal is to read/absorb one book per month via audio.
Those are some of my bigger goals for now. I hope that I can check back in monthly to see how I'm doing and what I need to be doing.
