there is a start date for the Winter 5% challenge and I am making my list and doing the countdown dance! It is an exciting time, a new year, new challenge and new goals! Like most people, I probably celebrated the holiday season a little too much and overindulged too frequently, but my story doesn't end there! I am packing my bags, getting my flight plans and ready to exercise to move my teddy bears to exciting new winter adventures as we get healthy together!
Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go?
New workout clothes for Christmas and I am ready to put them to use!
What is your exercise plan?
12,000 steps per day
60 minutes of cardio 5 days/week
Strength training 4 days/week
brisk walk on 2 rest days
