New SMART Goals

It's hard to believe it's been almost a year and a half since I tracked anything on here. I'm wanting to be more consistent and give myself the gift of health, in all areas of my life, this next year. I also want my family to be influenced in a positive way by the choices that I make.
Long Term Goal: Be healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Monthly: Re-evaluate goals, get myself back on track if need be.
Weekly: Lose at least .5 lbs, be consistent doing what I should be doing.
Daily: Check in with Spark Coach, write down what I eat, and for now, get at least 10 minutes of exercise a day. Drink 8 glasses of water each day. Read an inspirational story each day.
