Back in the saddle - Core de Force, day 25

I got my workout done late this morning, but it's done for today. It included Dynamic Strength (that one I dislike with all the pushups) and 5 Minute Core on the Floor. After far too little sleep last night, it was a struggle. But I did it all.
Of course, I had barely finished, dressed in sports bra, shorts and knee supports, dripping sweat with my hair straggling out of a half-assed ponytail... and the doorbell rang. Jim was napping (also sleep deprived) in the living room, so I raced to the front door to answer it. There stood a male acquaintance of ours who had brought homemade treats for Jim to enjoy, and to check on him after his surgery. I rushed him out, both because Jim was trying to finally sleep, and because I was half dressed! Ugh. I apologized later for seeming rude.
Side note: the doorbell woke Jim up, but because there was fudge involved, he wasn't even mad about it.
So I'm back on track with my program, just a day behind. Rock on!
