today

Well today has been ruff. My lower back hip area has been hurting me all day, no pt today. I had to see my surgeon today for a place under my arm, good that he was able to tell me the problem and fix it right there in the office. When I got back home I laid on my heating pad for a long time, it helped for a bit, but not for very long. I made spaghetti squash spaghetti for lunch, with meatless meatballs. Now breakfast was interesting. A few week ago I bought some vegan eggs, but these aren't like most egg replacers, this one you can mix in a blender and get it frothy, then scramble it like an egg. I made those and sauteed mushrooms, it was definitely different, but really good. The vegan sausage I made, well I overcooked it and it was hard as a rock, next time I will cook it for 2 1/2 minutes. I did get to read several vegan and essential oil books I downloaded for free to my kindle fire. Im going to make my own essential oils for weight loss and see if they do help. Glad I am a member of Doterra, I wont pay full price for the oils I dont already have. Now Im sitting at school, no it hasn't started yet, waiting for everybody to get here. I was 2 hours early today, I had homework to do, finished it pretty quickly. Hopefully I will get some sleep tonight, the back pain tends to make my arms go numb so it wakes me up. I am going back to the doctor on Sat and see what she has to say about it. I dont think numbness is normal. Even when I sit down, my legs from my knees to my toes go numb, they are right now as I am typing.

Can you try a Reebok ball instead of a computer chair and kind of roll around a bit while on computer? I do that and stuff kind of cracks and aligns.
