Whew! - Core de Force, day 15

I'm now officially halfway through the 30 day program! emoticon

I did my first 60+ minute workout this morning, consisting of 2 workouts: MMA Power and Core Kinetics. Core Kinetics is all floor work, with pushup/plank exercises alternating with crunch/ab exercises, finishing with a minute long plank challenge. After the MMA Power workout, Core Kinetics is intense! I was a sweaty, tired mess after all that!

I think my kicks are getting better, even if my combos don't always follow the format they give me. emoticon My weight has come back up some, which is good. I'm getting smaller, especially around the middle, but adding muscle. emoticon

I found out last week my SO is having foot surgery on December 22, right at the end of the program for me, so I'm going to have to be creative and intentional about getting my daily workouts in. Just another challenge for me to smash!
