End of week 2 - Core de Force, days 13 & 14

I finished week 2! I'm super proud of myself! I feel stronger and the moves are smoothing out a little for me, so I don't feel quite so uncoordinated. But I'm still kind of a mess with some of the longer combos, so there's that entertainment. I think my pushups will be improved by the end of the 30 days, at least.

I've been trying to blog about it every day, but it's pretty repetitive, so I don't always have much to say. I'm enjoying it! It's pretty hard, and about to ramp up even more, with longer workouts, in this 2nd phase. I started eating a little more and the weight loss has evened out, which, since I KNOW I'm gaining muscle, is a good thing. Losing 6.6 lbs that first week kind of freaked me out! I'm looking forward to seeing how my measurements change.

Today my thighs and butt are sore. I'm being very careful with my knees, so they haven't gotten terribly sore throughout. That was a big concern for me.

So far, so good!
