Today was weigh in. I have been stuck for weeks at the same weight but let's be honest I have had some bad days and I really needed something to get me back on track and my weight loss started again. So I decided to do the 14 day egg diet . I don't normally do fad type diets but this one didn't sound to crazy and pretty do able after all its hard boiled eggs and a piece of citrus for breakfast , a sweet potatoe or salad for lunch and than chicken or fish for dinner anyway I started it on Monday , had a cheat on Tuesday night because had a party to go to , anyway today I'm down 3.7 lbs. Woot woot
