Yesterday was a good day again for my goals. What a relief. Again, my diet was terrible, but I met the goals that I set and I am so happy about that.
Today's goals are pretty much the same I think. I very much need this consistency.
1. 32 oz of water at work
2. Stay out of the vending machine
3. 10 minutes of exercise
4. Blog-done...in a second lol
I feel really good about this. I'd like to do this pretty much every day until it becomes habit. I don't really care how long it takes. It feels good to just be doing something. Anything.
